I’m a Tinkerer.

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had a bad habit of taking things apart to see how they work and so far have a mostly successful track record of putting them back together. So it's no wonder my garage is stocked full of crap I’ve accumulated for various projects over the years; the biggest of which is a home garage restoration of a 1974 Datsun 260z. I originally bought the car (more a total rusted out pile of junk) as a learning project, knowing very little about how cars were constructed and tuned I mistakenly said “how hard can it be?”. Turns out not super hard, but very time consuming, yet interesting, processes stemming from coach-building, fabrication, metal finishing, engine building, painting, cleaning, and a buttload of sanding. Fast forward a few years and the 260z is finally back on the road!

I’m currently a Senior Research Engineer at Arm Ltd, interested in improving embedded platform security via tooling, and just about all aspects of TinyML.

Outside of Arm, I am one of the founding members of the uTensor project which aims to bring intelligent compute to even the smallest devices.
